My team and I will determine eligibility for "affordability" discounts. I will review and compare your pro forma operating budget to actual expenses, Fannie & Freddie comps and my underwriting. Then, once you engage us, my team and I will communicate with you at least once a week - more if necessary - to stay on track towards closing. All of this to increase your Certainty of Execution.
