Whether it’s an acquisition or a cash-out refinance, my specialty as a direct lender is to provide non-recourse solutions offered by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. I also offer Bridge loans and Construction loans.

For those transactions that are not a fit for agency, we can work together to source Bank, Credit Union, Life Co, or other non-bank financing.

My Commitment to Your Success means that I will personally review your loan request. I will dig into both the T-12 P&L statement and rent roll to identify potential issues, opportunities and trends. My team and I will determine eligibility for "affordability" discounts. I will review and compare your pro forma operating budget to actual expenses, Fannie & Freddie comps and my underwriting. Then, once you engage us, my team and I will communicate with you at least once a week - more if necessary - to stay on track towards closing. All of this to increase your Certainty of Execution.
